In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
Have you ever heard the term "use it or lose it?" It's a term that's thrown around quite lightly. This statement or term is quite literally true. As we age we start to lose the agility we had as children. We also stop playing the way we did as children. When was the last time you jumped rope, skipped down the street, played hopscotch, or tag? How often do you sit on the floor just because you can. Our lives become so busy that we forget to move our bodies in simple ways that can help to keep us mobile. Through mindful movement we can keep our bodies and minds agile.
Contrary to popular belief you don't need to be flexible to do yoga. Yoga simply put, means union. Union with ones self is key in mindful movement.
Sound wellness is a holistic healing modality that may seem very "new age", but is in fact an ancient form of healing that has been lost to us for generations. Sound wellness is being rediscovered and studied for it's healing benefits.

Everything and every person in the universe is in constant vibration. When we are vibrating in an unnatural frequency, pain, injury, and illness can seep into our lives and bodies. Sound can help the body and mind back into a more harmonious state where healing can take place.
Sound wellness can help with pain management, anxiety, increase energy, digestion, strengthen the immune system, circulation, improve clarity of mind, release emotional blockages, and most importantly stress management.

Through guided meditation and gentle sound, deep and profound relaxation can be found.
Pain Management
Sound for pain management can include voice work, tuning forks, Tibetan bowls, and or crystal bowls.

Stress management is critical in today's world. We have never before been in demand 24/7 as much as we are today. Disconnect for an hour, let us help you find your own personal soothing sounds that you can use any time you need too. Learn coping skills that can be used in your day to day life.
Individual Sound Bath
Be immersed in the beautiful healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes and tuning forks.
Group Sound Bath
Group Sound baths available. From 2 persons and up, size of group is limited only by the venue size.
Yoga
One on one yoga is available in my home or yours. Yoga with for the health of it, is always approached with the body in mind. We work with where your body is at in the moment. Reaching goals by honoring where the body is.
Group Yoga
Group yoga is available. Group size will vary depending on venue size.
